How can I customize my 3D wall letters?

Customization is straightforward. Customers can select the size, color, and design of the letters to create a personalized product that fits their specific needs. Detailed instructions for customization are available on our product pages.

What is the production time for my order?

For in-stock items, we typically ship within 24 business hours. For made-to-order items, the fabrication process takes approximately 2–3 business days, depending on size and material. You will receive an email with an estimated ship date once your order is confirmed.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for manufacturing defects or damage during shipping. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery. Custom-made items are non-returnable unless they are defective.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we focus on domestic shipping within Australia. We are evaluating options for international shipping in the future. Please check back for updates.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes, local pickup is available in Emerald, QLD. In-stock items are ready for pickup within 24 hours, while made-to-order items will be available in 2–3 business days. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
