Shipping Policy

Thanks for choosingย 3D Print Factory. All items are made by us in Emerald, Queensland. We focus on quality, careful packaging, and clear timelines.

1) Production Time (Made by us)

In stock: ships within 24 business hours.

Made to order / out of stock: fabrication takes 2โ€“3 business days (may vary by size/material/queue).

We begin after payment confirmation.Youโ€™ll receive an email with the estimated ship date (for made-to-order/print-on-demand items only) and a dispatch confirmation when your order ships.

2) Dispatch Schedule

We ship every business day (Monโ€“Fri) after fabrication is complete.

If an item completes fabrication later in the day, it ships on the next business day.

3) Delivery Estimates (Australia) โ€” after dispatch

Shipped via Australia Post or trusted couriers. Typical timeframes:

QLD (regional & within state): 2โ€“4 business days

NSW & VIC: 3โ€“5 business days

SA & TAS: 5โ€“7 business days

WA & NT: 7โ€“10 business days

Delivery times areย estimates and can vary due to location, weather, peak periods, or carrier delays.

4) Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your parcel ships.

Tracking updates may take 24โ€“48 hours to appear.

5) Shipping Rates

Calculated at checkout based on size, weight, destination and method (Standard/Express).

Promotional flat-rate/free shipping may appear at checkout when available.

6) Address Accuracy & Changes

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout.

Need a correction? contact us here. as soon as possible.

Parcels returned for incorrect/incomplete address may incur re-shipping fees.

7) Authority to Leave, PO Boxes & Business Addresses

PO Boxes / Parcel Lockers: available via Australia Post.

Authority to Leave (ATL): if selected, loss/damage after carrier marks โ€œdeliveredโ€ is the customerโ€™s responsibility.

Business addresses: include business name and opening hours.

8) Regional Dispatch from Emerald (QLD)

We ship from Emerald, a regional area. Some routes may add a day or two to standard metro estimates. Weโ€™ll keep you updated by email.

9) Damaged, Missing or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:

contact us here.ย within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for missing items).

Include order number, photos of packaging/item (if applicable) and a short description.

Weโ€™ll liaise with the carrier and resolve it under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

10) Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate parcels. Youโ€™ll receive tracking for each.

11) Local Pickup

Local Pickup (Emerald, QLD): In-stock ready in 24h (business). Made-to-order 2โ€“3 business days, then pickup by appointment. Youโ€™ll receive a Ready for pickup email with the address. ๐Ÿ“ง contact@3dprintfactory.com.au
