Return & Refund Policy

We’re committed to providing high-quality, Australian-made 3D-printed products and services.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under the ACL.

2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for manufacturing defects or damage during shipping only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition you received it;

Include all original packaging and proof of purchase; and

Be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.

Please contact us here to start a return request.

Once approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions on how to send it back.

⚠️ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Custom & On-Demand 3D Prints

Many of our products are custom-made or printed on demand.

For these items, returns are not accepted for change of mind, design errors, or incorrect files provided by the customer.

We print all 3D models exactly as submitted, and we are not responsible for:

Errors in the design, scale, or functionality of customer-supplied files;

Copyright or trademark content submitted by customers;

Final results that differ from the digital render if caused by file or material limitations.

4. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us here immediately with photos and your order number.

We will evaluate and resolve the issue promptly, in line with ACL requirements.

5. Non-Returnable Item

We cannot accept returns for:

Custom 3D-printed or personalised items;

Digital designs or 3D models;

Sale items or gift cards;

Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or card provider to complete the process.
