🧱 How long does 3D printing and delivery take?

Most prints are finished within 2 business days. We ship from Australia; delivery usually takes 3–5 business daysdepending on your location. You’ll receive tracking once your order is shipped.

🧩 Can I send my own STL file to print?

Yes! Upload your STL (or send it after checkout). We’ll confirm size, color, and material before printing so you know exactly what you’ll receive.

✅ What designs can you print? Any restrictions?

We print original or licensed designs only. For safety and legal reasons, we don’t produce weapons, illegal items, or infringing content. If you’re unsure, send your file and we’ll review and advise.

💸 How is pricing calculated for custom prints?

Custom jobs are priced by filament used + machine time (and finishing if requested). Share your model and the desired size, and we’ll send a clear quote before we start.
