HOW IT WORKS – OPEN YOUR LIVE CART ($10 DEPOSIT)
• Pay $10 to open your Live Cart
• During the live, choose any items you want
• After the live ends, we will send you an invoice via email with the total value of your selected items
• The $10 deposit will be deducted from your final total

PAYMENT TERMS
• You have up to 24 hours to pay the invoice after the live
• If the invoice is not paid within this time, the order will be cancelled
• The $10 deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or non-payment

During the live, you will be able to choose from a variety of products such as articulated animals, dragons, mini houses, keychains and other exclusive items from 3D Print Factory.

Some items may be subject to availability or printing time, as all products are made using 3D printing technology.

• Select your delivery option (Standard or Express)
• Enter your correct details at checkout
• Include your TikTok username in the order notes
• Complete your payment
• Return to the live stream
• Comment in the chat: ORDER DONE + your name
• Choose your items live during the stream

After invoice payment, your order will be prepared and shipped.

Tracking will be provided within up to 48 hours depending on product availability or printing time.
